消防改善方案
♦ 淘大工業村於2016年6月21日發生的致命大火，接露迷你倉有嚴重的潛在安全風險
→根據《建築物條例》第24和26條，針對並無設置滅火花灑的迷你倉處所，向迷你倉業界發出127張法定命令。
♦ 建議如排列成一行/組的迷你倉貯存隔間以下改善方案：
1. 以抗火力不足的防火門取代入口門
2. 佔用面積超過50平方米
3. 相隔距離少於2.4米
4. 任何一邊的長度超過20米
5. 貯存隔間頂部及/或貯存物品與天花板之間的距離少於1米
6. 貯存隔間及/或貯存物品的高度超過2.35米

超過50平方米面積，應有防火隔牆 Fire Barrier
重點二
行/集群的任何一測超過20m，分隔距離2.4m
重點三
建築改善佈局及結構需有認可AP確認，如 fire barrier, fire box barrier
